Although being a fun-loving guild, and will tolerate a lot during raid times, there is a certain level of expectation when it comes to our raids.
To get involved with raids, make sure to show your intrest here: Become a raiding noodle and then press our shiny calendar button on our home bar and sign up to events that look nice. To get into progress runs impressing in Heroic is helpful, there is generally quite a lot of raids for everyone to get involved! Our raid days are Wednesday, Sunday and Monday for progression runs, whereas heroic runs are on fridays.
Always sign up on the calendar in a timely fashion. There will be reminders on discord and a raid team will be confirmed the night before.
We expect full focus and concentration during progression encounters. We are a lot more lenient during farm content.
Knowledge of tactics is a must, there is a forum post with tactics in if watching a video is overrated.
Our raid times are between 20:00 and 23:00 server time. Invites start at 19:45 and we appreciate if players are available to clear trash at this time.
Patience is a virtue. Please respect your officer team or fellow raiders if there is a delay for whatever reason.
If you sign up to a raid and get accepted, you're expected to be there. Players who consistantly miss raids will be dropped from the raid team. You will receive a warning if you fail to notify an officer of absence, after that we will proceed to imposing loot restrictions then removal from the team.
Progression requires full focus and concentration. If you are unable to give this at any raid and you know in advance (irl distractions, etc.) please inform an officer and we will look for a replacement if you feel it is unplayable, or cut you some slack if you feel it is fine to play through.
Have your pots, flasks and food ready before time. Most used guild alchemists being Kelebrindal, Yuliah and Shakkho and our resident "foodies" being Xadess or Eusebeia. Send them mail with mats and your request and they will make them for you.
We find our time valuable, please have things like bonus rolls ahead of time as the time we spend waiting for someone's rerolls=time we are falling behind everyone else, particularly as we chase cutting edge.
If you have a problem with anything in raid, please either keep it to yourself until the end of the night or inform an officer. We appreciate if players do not "air their dirty laundry" whilst we are trying to kill a boss.
Addons which we feel are essential for raiding!
Deadly boss mods/Big wigs.
Exorsus raid tools.
Our loot is done using EPGP lootmaster addon. Although we don't currently use the EPGP part of the addon. We use a loot council system in which the officers decide where the loot goes, with assistance from the built in roll in the addon. Things that we take into account before handing out loot:
Attendance and guild loyalty.
Whether the item is bis for your spec
How big of an upgrade the item is.
How many items you have received in the same raid.
Whether there has been any punctuality or attitude issues in the past two resets.
In terms of ranking, loot is distributed in preference to higher ranks in the guild. A full guide that is strictly adhered to is below:
Main Spec raider>Off spec main raider>Main spec trial>Casual raider>Unused off spec Main raider>Socials>Alts.
Tier pieces follow the same loot priorities, however, an extra emphasis is put on completing 2 or 4 set pieces.
Although we are strong believers in having fun whilst playing a game, we do like to ensure everyone is having fun. We engage in common banter which is sometimes at other people in our guild's expense. However, if the issue goes from fun and games to outright bullying, an officer will step in to try making you kiss and make up, or, if this is not possible, removal is a possibility.
In discord, we do like to share the dankest memes we have come across in our travels across the internet. The plebzone is where we place all our common memes. If there is anything NSFW, it should go in the Hardcore Roleplayers. In the raiding channels, we would appreciate if we keep it raid related.
As previously mentioned, we do enjoy some harmless banter and an occasional ribbing of eachother. Please remember that no one has a vendetta against anyone in the guild (although, I've heard the guild leader is a right twat.) so being able to take it on the chin is a very good quality in our guild. If you know you have a particularly thin skin, you may have to think carefully about raiding with us!
A list of our officers is below:
Lemonator#2972-Guild Leader. The passive-aggresive ass.
Kelebrindal#2626- Brother of happy, who is a dk.
Polaski#2399- Would 4 heal a 40 man raid. Oh and you are wrong.
